The
Elephant Rock (Domus de Janas): The rock is a volcanic rock to which
the atmospheric conditions gave the shape of a pachyderm which presents in its
big body the domus de janas holes. It's a typical erosion manifestation of Anglona

The wall is long 58 m and high 2,4 m, probably was a defence for the prehistoric
village. Inside there are ceramics of Culture of Monte Claro of IIIrd millennium
b. C. Roman ruins

Museum of Viddalba The museum is dedicated to the archaeological evidence
pertaining to the territory of Viddalba from the Neolithic Period to the Middle
Ages. The exhibition makes room for some fine pottery materials which are part
of the Neolithic culture of Ozieri. |
